What we collect

From the visit form and telephone: name, email, phone number, which training format you asked about, and the message you wrote. From classes: attendance, homework you choose to submit, and payment records if you pay in studio. We do not take card numbers through this website.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, hold seats, run the session you booked, keep accounts required under Georgian bookkeeping rules, and handle refunds. Legal bases are steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small academy, and legal obligation where tax records apply.

Cookies

This site stores a cookie-preference flag in localStorage if you accept or reject the banner. It is not used for advertising. See the cookie notice.

Sharing

We do not sell lists. We may share details with an accountant or with authorities if the law requires it. Video mentorship uses the tool we agree with you in writing; that provider then processes the call under its own terms.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if you do not enrol. Student files and invoices are kept as long as Georgian accounting rules require, then deleted or archived in reduced form.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete data we hold, or to restrict processing, subject to legal records we must keep. Write to studio@workspaceharbor.click. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Children

Training is for adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.
