Terms of training

These terms govern enrolment in classes, intensives, clinics, and mentorship offered by Workspace Harbor Trading Academy at 29 Sheshelidze Highway, Chiatura, Georgia, and by scheduled video when we agree to it in writing. By reserving a seat you accept them.

What we provide

We provide instruction in trendline construction and channel reading: classroom time, chart packs, and verbal critique. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, offer investment advice tailored to your portfolio, or operate a brokerage. Charts used in class are teaching examples.

Reservations

A seat is held only after we confirm it by email or telephone. Listing a price on this site is not an offer of unlimited places. We may refuse or cancel a reservation if a cohort is full, if an instructor is unavailable, or if a student disrupts the room.

Student work

You keep the notes you write. Chart packs we distribute remain our teaching materials; do not republish them as a course of your own. Do not record sessions without prior written consent from the instructor and every person in the room.

Conduct

The studio is a reading room. Soliciting other students for signals, pooling money, or presenting yourself as an academy representative is not allowed. We may ask you to leave a session without a make-up if conduct makes teaching impossible.

Liability

Markets can take capital. Instruction does not remove that fact. To the extent Georgian law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses you incur after or during a course. We are responsible for delivering the hours we confirmed, or for the refund path described on the refund page when we cannot.

Changes

We may move a session within the same week for instructor illness or building issues and will notify the contact details you gave. Material changes to format are handled under the refund policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled directly should be brought in the courts competent for Chiatura, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
