Refunds for training seats

These rules apply to fees paid for Workspace Harbor Trading Academy instruction: the four-week construction studio, the two-Saturday channel intensive, weekly live chart clinics, and private reading mentorship. We do not sell shipped goods, subscriptions, or downloadable software, so those models are omitted here.

How to ask

Write to studio@workspaceharbor.click or call +995 599 120 344 from the number we have on file. Name the cohort or clinic date and how you paid (cash in studio or bank transfer). We confirm receipt within three working days.

Cooling-off before the first session

If you cancel in writing at least seven full days before the first scheduled meeting of a series (construction studio, channel intensive, or mentorship), we refund the fee in full, including any deposit that held the seat.

Closer than seven days

Cancellations inside seven days and before the first session: we keep 30% of the series fee as a deposit because the chair was held against another student. The rest is refunded. Clinic drop-in fees cancelled at least 24 hours before the Tuesday start are refunded in full; later clinic cancellations are not refunded because the review slot cannot be refilled.

After teaching has started

Construction studio: if you withdraw after session one but before session three, we refund half of the series fee. After session three begins, the remaining fee is non-refundable because chart packs and remaining hours were reserved for you.

Channel intensive: missing Saturday one without notice forfeits that day’s share (half the intensive fee). If we cancel Saturday two, that day’s share is refunded or you may sit the next intensive without extra charge.

Mentorship: unused sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled once within eight weeks. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered. If you end the package early, unused sessions after the next one already booked are refunded pro rata.

Our cancellations

If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a date within 30 days that you accept, you receive a full refund of sums paid for that cohort, including deposits.

Rescheduling

You may move to the next advertised construction studio or intensive once, if you ask at least seven days before start and a seat exists. Clinic seats may be moved once to another Tuesday in the same month if you ask 24 hours ahead.

No-shows

Arriving more than 40 minutes late to a clinic without notice counts as a no-show. Series no-shows without contact during the first week are treated as withdrawal after teaching has started.

Materials

Printed chart packs handed out in the room are not returned for credit. If a pack was never collected because we cancelled, nothing is owed for it.

How money comes back

Refunds follow the original method: cash from the studio during advertised hours, or bank transfer to the Georgian account that paid us. We aim to complete the transfer within ten working days after we agree the amount. We do not refund onto cards we never charged, because this site has no checkout.

Exceptions

Documented instructor illness that we failed to reschedule, or a studio closure we caused, always qualifies for a full refund of the unused portion. Personal trading losses are never a ground for refund.
